1.    机械根据产品的性能，工艺而设计！本产品属于环保型、天然乳胶为主要原材料、添加其他辅料、有；合成胶、氧化锌、促进剂、分散剂、抗氧剂等、、、、、、、进行气泡成型。

Mechanical design based on product performance, process! This product is environmentally friendly, The main raw materials is natural latex  , other addition agent: synthetic rubber, zinc oxide, accelerators, dispersants, antioxidants, etc.....for bubble molding.

2. 机械主要组成部分；A，发泡机（全自动连续双头）B，搅拌机 C，球磨机，D,22米X2.2米X1.90米（硫化烘箱）。E，锅炉（燃油，燃气，均可）

  The main component of the machine: A, foam machine (automatic continuous double-headed) B, Blender C, Ball mill, D,Vulcanization oven(22 m X2.2 m X1.90 m ). E, Boiler (fuel or gas, )

3. 全自动连续发泡机是乳胶卷材专用机械，采用不锈钢制作，有1700个方齿组成！我公司专业研制的双模头发泡均匀！细腻，倍率高！采用韩国，德国技术，改制而成！也是乳胶发泡行业的主要机械之一！

4.  搅拌机；是我公司自行设计，是根据客户当地的气温情况而设计，加入添加剂后，进行混合，熟化，使物料拌均匀！搅达到进入机械发泡效果！

Mixer; It's our company's own design, It is based on the customer's local temperature conditions and design, add  addition agent, the mixing, ripening, so that even the material mix! Stir to get into the mechanical foaming effect!

5.  双筒球磨机；是根据韩国技术而设计改造成型，是目前国内最简易最经济的球磨机，一台机械可以带动400公斤，双筒球磨的高效果！机械配置；高速链条，减速机，方管支架焊机而成！

6.  烘箱设计；目前是国内首创设计的硫化烘箱、散热器部分全部设计在箱体内！这样大大降低了供热的成本！采用高温电机！使用寿命长，每组采用上下对吹形式，使发泡后的的产品均匀受热！搬运方便，组合一体，解决了某些厂家、就地焊接就地制作、移动搬迁不方便特点！我公司技术人员深入研究，改制、生产中存在的问题，逐步走向成熟，现在机械是全自动流水生产！自动卷曲！机架采用标准钢管，输送部分采用硅胶带、不锈钢托辊多根、保温板采用冷轧板喷漆、内里采用镀锌板，填充采用石棉板5公分厚、保温效果直接影响产品效果！主要降低供热成本！供热方式在这里说明一下，（目前有三种，一种是蒸汽，一种是导热油，一种是电加热，不管哪个方式加热是一个目的就是把乳胶发泡后的产品进行硫化，产品才能达到高效果！弹性好！）

Mainly reduce heating costs! 7.   涂胶机；尺寸按照产品设计随同烘箱相接、加工精密，上下起落电机，厚度可以调节！而且是很准确，发泡后的产品不会出现厚度不均匀！挎板采用不锈钢制作！不粘胶，行走部分，减速机可以调节，变频器，配电箱控制，前后输送速度，卷曲速度！全部采用进口电器，精确度高！特点。

8.  远红外定型；我公司研制上下自动起落！改制传统手动起落！方便工人操作！减少人力，采用石英管安装！使用寿命高达1000小时！瞬间发热量高特点！

比传统管高达几十倍，产品成型的主要部分！也是我公司改制的主要部分！国内首创改制的地方！

9.  卷曲部分；纠偏器，采用三控光电系统，输送带不偏离产品涂胶准确！设定计数器，产品准确计量！设有自动裁断（可根据客户要求而需求设定刀具数量）

10. 计算成本；一吨胶乳生产3800平方（D20密度、厚度2mm）

11. 厂房面积；机械占地面积800平方，包装、仓库、200平方均可。

建议；厂房最好长度40米-45米，如果和小鞋垫一起生产，鞋垫的机械可以降低价格！而且生产产品换可以提高！而且降低供热量，保温性能好！特点！
